Having the capacity to generate AWP influence is a key skill set for our change agents. We have been working with the industry over the last 10+ years developing a comprehensive understanding of what needs to happen, we have also been busy building the capacity to make it happen, through the acquisition and development of the right people.

Tom has been working in the Information and Document Management industry for the past 32 years. Over this time, he has been involved in implementations, training, integration/ software development services to his customers. Tom has worked across a wide range of industries which include Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Chemical, Public Utility, Pharmaceutical, and Department of Transportation.

Originally from Alabama, he has worked and lived most of his life in the Huntsville/Decatur, Alabama area. Married with two daughters, and 5 grandchildren, he enjoys wood working, gardening and home renovations.
