Having the capacity to generate AWP influence is a key skill set for our change agents. We have been working with the industry over the last 10+ years developing a comprehensive understanding of what needs to happen, we have also been busy building the capacity to make it happen, through the acquisition and development of the right people.

As a former 40-year rugby player, the sport has taught me many valuable and important life lessons, having a high emphasis on hard work, teamwork, communication and respect; these lessons are part of my base core beliefs. In my spare time to balance life and work, fitness is an everyday event from weightlifting, hiking, riding both dirt and sport touring motorbikes with new interests that include adventure motorbikes to learning and living fulltime on a sailboat.
