In February 2007, we engaged a third-party auditor, endorsed by COAA, to conduct a review of our application of the COAA model on the Project-A site.

The project has established a new baseline for planning and has mapped the path for coordination between project silos.

The project is now at the stage where we are functionally applying workface planning, so this is the right time to conduct our first- third-party audit.
