His experience relative to AWP/WFP includes responsibilities as a WorkFace Planning Manager on various Alberta based and international mega projects. The primary focus of these projects was the “Ground Up” development and implementation of Work Face Planning programs including, Standard Procedures and WorkFlows. Perry has had the responsibility for the integration of these new procedures into already established processes such as Engineering, Document Control, Material Management, Project Controls, Estimating, Change Management, and Project (P6) Scheduling. All in keeping with the “Construction” driven approach to project execution.
Two unique past experiences include a stint as an Instructor at the Northern Industrial Institute of Technology (NAIT), as well as a consultation role with a major software vendor in the effort to develop a multi–discipline Workface Packaging software solution for major projects.
