Where: Sabine Pass, TX
Rate: $65–$80/hr (based on experience)
Shift: 5x10s | up to 12-Month Contract
Options: Per Diem for qualified candidates

Insight-AWP is seeking skilled Pipe and Electrical Workface Planners to join a major industrial project in Sabine Pass. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for planners who thrive in the field, understand construction workflows, and can develop clear, constraint-free Installation Work Packages (IWPs) that drive productivity and predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Installation Work Packages (IWPs) in alignment with project scope, engineering deliverables, and construction sequencing.
• Identify and remove constraints to ensure crews can execute safely and efficiently.
• Interface daily with construction supervision, engineering, materials management, and project controls to maintain accurate planning.
• Validate field conditions, perform walk-downs, and ensure all required documentation, permits, materials, and resources are ready for execution.
• Support progress tracking by recording accurate installed quantities.
• Contribute to a proactive planning culture aligned with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workface Planner, Field Engineer, or construction planning role. 
• Background in piping or electrical with experience in supervision. 
• Understanding of construction sequencing and constraint management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Pipe or Electrical.
• Proficiency with digital planning tools, material management software and document management systems (O3, WorkPacks, iConstruct, PACE, Navisworks)
• Commitment to safety and quality.
