Our Company has established Advanced Work packaging and/or WorkFace Planning on 33 mega projects (50 million – 10 billion), established processes and procedures for 10 major owners, and developed several hundred Workface Planners. Author of the WFP guidebook “Schedule for Sale, Workface Planning for Construction Projects,” published in 2009, and the new guidebook for Advanced Work Packaging: Even More Schedule for Sale, published in 2017. Our goal at Insight-AWP is to optimize construction productivity across the industry by coaching organizations on the application of Advanced Work Packaging and the utilization of Workface Planning software.

Information Manager @Insight-AWP Professional with 10 years of experience in Oil&Gas Projects (>$50 Mln) from Feed to Construction and a Master in Project Management. Experienced with Oil&Gas International Owners, Engineering Companies, and Contractors: ExxonMobil, Fluor, Eni, Tecnimont, Wood, and others. Has worked in several different roles within organizations: home office Project Engineer, Workface Planning Coordinator, Field Project Engineer, Construction Supervisor, and Project Control Engineer. Currently enrolled as Project Information Manager responsible for the implementation of AWP, WFP, and Information Management methodologies in Multibillion Construction Projects.
Dany Mandel
Advanced Work Packaging Lead @Insight-AWP Dany has more than fifteen years of experience in the construction industry and is an Advanced Work Packing (AWP) and Workface Planning (WFP) subject matter expert and implementation specialist. He is also licensed as a Master Electrician and Project Management Professional. To date, he has worked in a number of fields, including upstream/ downstream oil and gas, metals and mining, and industrial and commercial construction.
