Ryan Bonnell: Hi there. Thank you for joining us. We’re sitting here with Jeff and Jeff, CEO and Business Operations at Insight AWP, insight-awp.com. Just going to sit here and talk a little bit about AWP. Hey, Jeff. Geoff.
Geoff Ryan: [Laugns] Gee-off.
Jeff Samis: Hey Ryan how are you doing today?
Geoff Ryan: Good morning Ryan.
Geoff Ryan: Yes. Hey, thanks for joining us today. We’d like to introduce you to Talking AWP. It is a series of interviews with our staff talking about what they do and know best, which is AWP. We consider. I guess part of what we wanted to do in this interview series is to talk AWP with you guys, but also to help you understand who we are and what we do.
Geoff Ryan: And of course, you know how you can learn from us. So when we look at the 30-plus people who work with us, we add up the years of experience. We have about 500 years of construction experience and a lot of that in AWP. What we’ve done with our staff in these interviews is to basically ask them about what AWP is, what they feel about it, and also try to get them to share their knowledge with it with you.
Geoff Ryan: So anyway, so that’s the foundation for our interviews and I certainly hope that you can get something out of it and that you are able to apply that or give us some feedback on on what you see and hear in the interviews.
Jeff Samis: Yeah. As Jeff mentioned, you know, our people are our greatest asset. And I think in these interviews you’ll find a bunch of great nuggets around their individual stories and how they got into AWP and kind of where they like to specialize and where they’ve actually been able to specialize in the role at AWP. And you’ll get a lot of really good nuggets about that journey as well as, you know, some of the obstacles and how they got around some of the obstacles in implementing AWP.
Jeff Samis: And so you’ll get a lot of not all the good stuff about AWP, but you’ll also get some of the horror stories that they’ve been involved with and how they’ve been able to navigate that landscape.
Geoff Ryan: And yes and how they’ve overcome that. Yeah. Which is a huge part of what we do is the change management and trying to figure out different ways to achieve the end result.
